SOCAR Petroleum, a subsidiary of the Azerbaijan State Oil Company, commissioned a new modular petrol station on the road under construction in the liberated Aghdam region of Azerbaijan, bringing the number of petrol stations operating under the SOCAR brand.

It should be noted that the newly commissioned station has two fuel dispensers for refilling brands of A-92 gasoline and diesel. The station can simultaneously fill two small and large cars.

Previously, SOCAR Petroleum announced that the company would open new petrol stations in the liberated territories of Azerbaijan after 30 years of Armenian occupation.

SOCAR Petroleum started its activities in 2008 under the SOCAR brand.

Azerbaijan has allocated $ 1.5 billion for the reconstruction of the liberated territories in 2021. In particular, these funds will be used to restore infrastructure (electricity, gas, water, communications, roads, education, health, etc.), as well as cultural and historical. the monuments.

SOCAR is involved in the exploration of oil and gas fields, the production, processing and transportation of oil, gas and gas condensates, the marketing of petroleum and petrochemical products in national and international markets and the supply of natural gas to industry and the public in Azerbaijan.
